.DISCUSSION...A cool and showery pattern is expected through today
and tomorrow with a warming and drying trend for the middle of the
week. Daytime highs will be in the mid 50s with overnight
temperatures in the 40s. There will be a 20-30% probability for
thunderstorms today and tomorrow starting in the late morning and
continuing through the early evening. Any thunderstorm that does
develop will have the potential to produce a significant amount of
small pea size hail (0.25 inch in diameter or less) and any
accumulations will melt shortly after the storm moves out of the
area. Generally south/southwest winds with gusts up to 25 mph
during the daytime. A weak frontal passage tonight will bring more
southerly winds overnight and tomorrow. Any thunderstorms could
also produce gusty and erratic winds.
