.DISCUSSION...The weather pattern shifts tomorrow as offshore
flow develops, bringing in a warmer and drier airmass along with
gusty east to northeast winds. Expect wind gusts up to 25-30 mph,
especially on exposed ridgetops and through east-west oriented
valleys. Winds of this magnitude should develop Sunday night and
continue Tuesday night, aside from a brief lull mid Monday
afternoon and Monday evening. The strongest winds are expected
Monday night.
