.DISCUSSION...Upper level ridging builds into the region Monday
and Tuesday leading to warm and dry conditions. Offshore winds
also develop early Monday as a thermal trough expands north along
the coast. RH values drop to around 25-30% with isolated min RHs
falling below critical thresholds on Monday. East winds strongest
in the western Columbia River Gorge. Onshore flow returns by
Wednesday moderating conditions.
