10-25% chance for wet thunderstorms Sunday afternoon, mainly over
the Cascades and Coast Range. Any thunderstorm may produce a few
flashes of lightning, brief heavy rain, gusty/erratic outflow
winds, and small hail. Temperatures gradually warm Monday through
Wednesday with dry conditions as offshore winds begin to develop.
