.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A strong low pressure system continues to move eastward towards
British Columbia. This system brings a cold front towards the
waters today, with winds beginning to shift from northerly to
southerly early this morning. The pressure gradient will tighten,
producing Small Craft winds to low end Gales, mainly across the
central and northern waters.
