High pressure offshore maintains north to northwest winds across
the waters today. Friday to Saturday, low pressure will turn
winds more southerly to southwesterly. 40-70% chance for small
craft wind gusts on Saturday for inner waters north of Cape
Foulweather, including the Columbia River Bar. High pressure re-
builds on Sunday into early next week, returning northerly winds.
