.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure offshore will maintain north to northwest winds
across the coastal waters through Thursday. Benign conditions are
expected this week with winds around 15 kt or less and seas of 3
to 6 ft. By Friday to Saturday, weak low pressure will turn winds
more southerly to southwesterly. High pressure re-builds on
Sunday, returning northerly winds.
