.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Winds are expected to shift from southerly to westerly with the
cold frontal passage. On Saturday northerly flow the returns as
high pressure builds overhead. Another trough approaches the
region late Monday into Tuesday but details still remain fuzzy at
this time.
