DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Toraji
was located near Latitude 14.8 degrees North and Longitude
129.6 degrees East. Toraji is moving west-northwest at 14 mph and away
from Micronesia. It is expected to make a slight turn toward the west
with little change in forward speed through Monday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 65 mph. Toraji is
forecast to intensify through Monday possibly becoming a typhoon.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to
65 miles.
