Francisco was located near Latitude 21.2 degrees North and
Longitude 129.7 degrees East. Francisco is moving northwest at
14 mph. It is expected to maintain this general course with a
slight decrease in forward speed through Thursday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 40 mph. Francisco is
forecast to intensify through tonight.
