...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CHST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
seas 8 to 12 feet.

* WHERE...Palau, Yap, and Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A combination of strengthening trade
swell, significant north swell, and elevated wind waves are
producing sea conditions hazardous to small craft. These
conditions may persist a few days longer into early next week,
particularly at Chuuk, so the Small Craft Advisory may be
extended if conditions warrant.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
