AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with occasional gusts up to
  35 kt.

* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The interaction between Invest 90W, the
  monsoon surge, and winds crossing the equator is producing winds
  hazardous to small craft operations. Winds will start to weaken
  today, but will still be at hazardous levels through
  the afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
