...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CHST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  7 to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas and winds are expected to build as
  Tropical Depression (TD) 32W continues to organize in central Yap
  State, with an expected northwest motion passing to the northeast
  of Yap Thursday night. Depending on TD 32W`s overall motion and
  development, choppy seas and hazardous winds may develop quicker
  than expected. Seas may spike to near 10 feet with bursts of
  stronger winds or gusts.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
