...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

A strong monsoonal boundary continues to move east through the region
with the leading edge now east of Palau, according to latest visible
satellite. Surface observations across Palau showed some gusts of 25
to 30 knots as the boundary crossed the area this morning, but
sustained winds have dropped below levels hazardous to small craft.
Occasional gusts to 30 knots will be possible near heavier showers
through the afternoon as conditions steadily improve.
