AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  7 to 11 feet.

* WHERE...Palau Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A southwest monsoon surge flowing into
  Typhoon Fung-wong to the northwest of Yap will bring elevated
  winds and seas in the Republic of Palau. As Fung-wong moves
  west-northwest and deeper into the Philippine Sea, winds will
  gradually decrease through today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 9 to 12 feet.

* WHERE...Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to strong winds will gradually ease
  as Typhoon Fung-wong is moving away to the west-northwest. A
  southwest monsoon surge in the wake of Fung-wong will keep seas
  and winds hazardous to small craft through tonight. Winds may
  drop below hazardous levels of 22 kt this evening, but seas are
  expected to remain around 10 feet through tonight.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
