...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CHST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with occasional gusts to 35 kt.

* WHERE...Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty showers and choppy seas are expected
  through Sunday afternoon due to a developing disturbance within
  a broad, near-equatorial trough. Seas are expected to be
  elevated, building to between 7 to 9 feet. Gusts may
  occasionally reach up to 35 kt near locally heavy showers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
