AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Saudel (17W) is north of
  Chuuk State and continues to move away. Strong winds with
  occasional gusts to 30 kt will continue to create conditions
  hazardous to small craft through this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.

* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 PM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An intensifying monsoon surge along the
  southern peripheries of a developing trough axis stretching from TS
  Saudel westward, is expected to enhance a secondary embedded
  monsoon disturbance that will bring persistently fresh to strong
  westerlies to much of western Micronesia the next several days.
