...HIGH SURF ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 5 PM CHST THIS AFTERNOON...

Latest surf observations from Palau and Yap show that surf has fallen
below the 9 foot threshold for north and west facing reefs.
Additionally, altimetry shows that combined seas have fallen to 4 to
6 feet across Palau and Yap. With reduction in combined seas and surf
obs no longer supporting hazardous surf, the High Surf Advisory will
be allowed to expire at 5 PM.
