DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...the center of Super Typhoon Dolphin
was located near Latitude 18.6 degrees North and Longitude
161.5 degrees East. Dolphin is moving west-northwest at 12 mph.
It is expected to make a slight turn toward the northwest with
little change in forward speed through Saturday.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 155 mph. Dolphin is forecast to
maintain this intensity through tonight.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to
60 miles. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the
center up to 175 miles.
