.Short term...
TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...The low level convergence over
the islands will slightly shift north tonight. Passing showers
will at times bring scattered rain across the islands tonight.
Winds will diminish to breezy east flow on Wednesday afternoon and
further decrease to gentle flow on Thursday afternoon. Scattered
showers will persist over the islands in the next couple of days.

.Long term...
FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...The ridge will shift winds to the
northeast on Friday before becoming light flow on Friday night.
The ridge axis will hold stable weather through the weekend and
into the new week. A high pressure to the southwest will generate
gentle trades on Sunday night and Monday. As the high pressure
strengthens, trades will increase to breezy flow on Monday night
and Tuesday.

.Marine...
Hazardous seas will persist tonight before slightly subsiding 7 to
9 feet on Wednesday afternoon as winds diminish to breezy flow.
With winds continuing to decrease to gentle flow, seas will also
subside 5 to 7 feet on Thursday afternoon. Winds will shift to the
northeast on Friday before becoming light on Friday night. The
ridge axis will remain over the islands through Saturday. On
Saturday night, a col will move near the islands holding light
winds through Sunday. A strong high pressure moving from the
southwest will bring gentle trades on Sunday night along with
swells that will elevate seas to rough conditions on Monday.
Trades are expected to increase to breezy flow on Monday night and
to strong winds on Tuesday.
