increased. Thus, will allow the Red Flag warning for today to
expire at 9 PM MDT this evening.

Tuesday expect near critical to critical winds and critical
relative humidity in the afternoon/early evening. On Wednesday,
expect slightly cooler temperatures, slowly rising relative
humidity, and lighter winds ahead of monsoon moisture, which will
make its way into the area Thursday and Friday. Thursday, Friday,
and, likely, into the weekend, look for wet and cool conditions.
