            Rd closed from S 5th W to Millhollow Rd due
            to strong winds causing slick whiteout
            conditions. Road closure signs keep blowing
            away. Very low visibility also reported on
            University Blvd, 7th S, and other roads on
            the south side of Rexburg.

            Rocky Mountain Power reports strong winds
            resulted in a power outage to several
            customers in the Garfield area.

            Updated...Utah Avalanche Center reports an
            avalanche caught carried and buried a
            snowmobile rider in the Franklin Basin Area.
            The avalanche was estimated to be 3.5 feet
            deep and about 70 feet wide. A companion
            found and rescued the rider whose head was
            buried about two feet deep with only a hand
            and a sliver of the deployed airbag sticking
            out of the avalanche debris. Incident
            occurred on 02/07. Time unknown. Unknown if
            the victim was injured.
