            Blowing dust and ash from the recent Lava
            Trail Fire reduced visibility causing a shut
            down of HWY 20 for over 12 hours until
            Friday morning. Winds in the area were
            gusting around 35-45 mph Thursday evening.
            The HWY is now open after winds have
            decreased.
