.DISCUSSION...High pressure shifts east today and will remain a bit
farther west than past days. For today, as a low passes east of the Divide...
this will bring a brief wind shift to the west for this afternoon. The main
impact with this wind shift is potential for more widespread dense fog currently
west of Twin Falls to move into the burn area later today. We will see the wind shift
back to an easterly direction this evening. Dry weather remains in place until Wednesday
