.DISCUSSION...
High pressure remains mostly in control of the weather across the
area today. Winds will increase (gusts around 22 mph) this
afternoon with our area being in weak zonal flow aloft and a weak
disturbance over northern NV/northern UT in the afternoon. Models
are showing around a 12 to 16 percent chance of dry thunderstorms
during the afternoon/early evening with that weak disturbance
moving through. There is a slightly better chance of afternoon
(mostly dry) thunderstorms on Friday.

Sky/weather.........Sunny becoming partly cloudy. Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................2 percent.
Chance of thunder...14 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 90 to 94.
Min humidity........13 to 17 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 6 to 12 mph. Gusts up to 22 mph in
                    the afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds expected
                    near thunderstorms in the afternoon.
