.DISCUSSION...
Daily, isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will
continue through the weekend in the Eastern Highlands and across
the Upper Snake River Plain, peaking in coverage each afternoon.
Stronger storms will remain capable of producing wind gusts up to
50 mph, small hail, and brief heavy rain. Under the increasing
influence of high pressure starting Monday, hot and dry conditions
are then expected to return for much of next week.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny in the morning, then becoming mostly
                    cloudy in the afternoon. Scattered showers and
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................10 to 20 percent.
Chance of thunder...20 to 30 percent.
Max temperature.....86 to 90 degrees.
Min humidity........15 to 18 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........East winds 6 to 10 mph in the morning shifting
                    to the southwest 12 to 18 mph with gusts to around
                    25 mph in the afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......700 ft AGL through 8 AM MDT, increasing to
                    13300 ft AGL in the afternoon, then decreasing to
                    6300 ft AGL by 6 PM MDT.
