.DISCUSSION...Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected
by mid afternoon, and ending by mid evening. While deeper monsoon moisture
has shifted away from eastern Idaho, enough persists for a brief burst
of rainfall with stronger storms. There is a 30-50% chance of outflow
winds over 35 mph, peaking at 45-50 mph.
