.DISCUSSION...More humid and more unstable air is moving in from the
south, and will trigger a risk of thunderstorms. This air will settle
in through at least the Independence Day holiday, and possibly the
upcoming weekend. Today will be the hottest day of the upcoming week,
then the increasing cloud cover for Wednesday through Friday will
cool the afternoon highs, helping to keep afternoon humidity above
critical thresholds. Outside of thunderstorms, wind should remain
light, although slightly higher than it has been lately.
