.DISCUSSION...Another rain and snow event has developed overnight
and will keep on and off rain over the burn area. The clouds will
keep temperatures mild overnight and the warm air mass will keep
afternoon highs slightly above normal for the time of year. The
slower than expected arrival will also mean a later departure, with
the rain continuing into Thursday morning.

Liquid equivalent of precipitation now through Thursday afternoon:
Extreme amount Trace to 0.27 of an inch.
Most likely amount 0.06 to 0.17 of an inch.

Snow amounts now through Thursday afternoon: Skiff to 0.3 of an inch.
