.DISCUSSION...High pressure will produce some weak warming and drying
over the next three days, but it will also allow some moist and
unstable air to continue moving into southern Idaho. Today, the
instability is so high that there is a marginal threat of severe
dry thunderstorms. Thursday looks to be the next day that gets breezy
to windy.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy, by 1200 becoming partly sunny. A 55
                     percent chance of showers after 1200. A slight
                     chance of thunderstorms prior to 1200, and a chance
                     after 1200. Gusts to 50 mph near thunderstorms.
