Under the increasing influence of high pressure today, dry
conditions along with near record to record warmth is expected,
with very dry afternoon RHs in the single digits and teens with
wind gusts up to 25 mph. For Wednesday, a weak shortwave trough
will support very isolated showers/virga and dry thunderstorms.
Dry conditions are then back Thursday through much of Saturday
ahead of monsoonal moisture building in late Saturday into Sunday,
supporting the return of isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms regionwide for early next week.
