...Slow Moving Thunderstorms With Heavy Downpours and Gusty Winds
Through Early This Evening...

A band of showers and thunderstorms has developed across portions
of southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. These storms
will move slowly north through the remainder of the afternoon and
early this evening, and may be accompanied by brief heavy
downpours, gusty winds, and small hail. Localized flash flooding
may result in urbanized and poor drainage areas. Locally damaging
winds gusts are possible as well. Remain alert for changing
weather conditions and possible warnings through this evening.
