***Areas of Locally Dense Fog Through Mid Morning***

Areas of locally dense fog have formed with visibility as low as a
quarter of a mile in spots. Motorists are urged to use extra
caution and be alert for rapid changes in visibility. The fog is
expected to lift by late morning.
