* Special Marine Warning for...
  Delaware Bay...

* Until 415 AM EDT.

* At 213 AM EDT, a strong cold front was located along a line
  extending from 33 nm northeast of Pea Patch Island to Northeast
  River, moving southeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar and mesonets.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Brown Shoal Light, Fourteen Foot Bank Light, Slaughter Beach, Cape
  Henlopen, East Point, Bowers Beach, Woodland Beach, Stony Point,
  Miah Maull Light, Ship John Shoal Light, Brandywine Shoal Light,
  Reedy Point, Fortesque Beach, Sea Breeze, Pea Patch Island, and
  Cross Ledge Light.
