  to 40 nm...

* Until 145 PM EDT.

* At 1242 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Five Fathoms
  Buoy, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  28-Mile Wreck, Deepwater Reef, Five Fathoms Buoy, and Buoy 4fb.
