* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 106.

* WHERE...In Delaware, New Castle County. In New Jersey, Camden,
  Gloucester, and Northwestern Burlington Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The hottest temperatures and heat indices
  will occur Tuesday. Low temperatures near 75 to 80 degrees and
  high humidity will not offer much relief from the heat at night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
