...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures between 26 and 31 degrees
  possible. The coldest temperatures will occur in sheltered valleys.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex and Warren Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
