...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach
  DE...

At 313 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
8 nm west of Woodland Beach, or 10 nm southwest of Stony Point,
moving southeast at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Fortesque Beach, Woodland Beach, Miah Maull Light, Ship John Shoal
Light, and Cross Ledge Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
