...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

  Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick Island DE out 20
  nm...
  Waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 to 40 nm...

At 1119 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located near Fenwick Island, moving northeast at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Bethany Beach and Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service.
