  Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm...

At 634 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over Lower New York Harbor, moving southeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Leonardo, Belmar, Atlantic Highlands, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright,
Sandy Hook Reef, and Fair Haven.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
