...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM EDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southern New Jersey, including the following
  county, Cumberland.

* WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1140 PM EDT, Runoff from recent heavy rainfall has
    resulted in rises along area rovers and streams. The Cohansey
    River at Seeley has risen above flood stage. Flooding is
    already occurring in the warned area.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Cohansey River COHANSEY-MAURICE, Parsonage Run COHANSEY-
    MAURICE, Barrett Run COHANSEY-MAURICE and Cornwell Run
    COHANSEY-MAURICE.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Bridgeton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
