including the following areas, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer,
Middlesex, Northwestern Burlington, Salem and Somerset, and
southeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Delaware,
Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks and Philadelphia.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
