southeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in east
central Pennsylvania, Berks. In southeast Pennsylvania, Eastern
Chester and Western Chester.

Widespread flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures with any lingering
localized flooding.
