At 753 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles north of Monument, or 26 miles south of Heppner, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Morrow and northwestern Grant Counties. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
