...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL UMATILLA COUNTY
THROUGH 230 PM PDT...

At 138 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 17
miles north of Ukiah, or 21 miles southwest of Pendleton, moving
northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of west central
Umatilla County.

This includes Highway 395 between mile markers 25 and 39.
