...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

Temperatures have warm above advisory threshold along the Northern
Blue Mountain Foothills this morning. Temperatures tonight will drop
back into the single digits, but are not expected to meet cold
weather advisory criteria.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM PST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 20 below.

* WHERE...Blue Mountains of Oregon and Washington, Grande Ronde
  Valley, Wallowa County, Ochoco-John Day Highlands, East Slopes of
  the Oregon Cascades, Central Oregon, and Upper Slopes of the
  Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead
  to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
