to southeast winds Tuesday, strongest during the afternoon hours,
and mild, dry conditions. There is a low (10-15 percent) chance
of precipitation (light wintry mix) Tuesday night into Wednesday
morning as the system moves overhead. Mixing heights are forecast
to increase Wednesday, and winds will be from the south to southwest.
