.DISCUSSION...High pressure strengthens tonight, decreasing winds
and keeping skies clear through Saturday. A warming and drying
trend will initiate and persist into the weekend. Diurnal winds
will become northwest early in the afternoon and peak between
1700-2000 both Friday and Saturday. Winds will becoming light
between 2200 and 2300 each night. Inversion break around 0800
Friday and closer to 0900 on Saturday.
