.DISCUSSION...Dry northerly flow aloft will bring clear skies
to the burn area, allowing overnight lows to become cold. Winds
will be from the northeast today, but becoming light overnight
from the northwest and then variable tomorrow afternoon. With
drier conditions developing, daytime RHs will dip into the low
40s today and low 30s tomorrow, with good to excellent overnight
recovery. Mixing heights will be fairly shallow in the afternoons,
while winds aloft will be fairly weak, making for poor
ventilation through tomorrow.
