as upper level high pressure builds over the region. Winds will be
diurnally driven, with shifts to the north and northwest during
the day. Unstable conditions will increase across the fire site
today and tomorrow, with most unstable conditions developing
after 4PM this afternoon, and after 1PM Wednesday afternoon.
