.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions will persist over the fore today
with minimum humidity in the low 20% and NW winds 5-8 mph
becoming diurnal overnight. Overnight recoveries will be in the
low to mid 50%. Thursday will see NW winds 5-8 mph with humidity
near 15%. Chances of thunderstorms over the fire begin after 1400
with 10-15% chances. These storms have the capability to produce
small hail and heavy rain. The main concern will be the gusty out-
flow winds of 20-40 mph.
